Partnership in action -  Philippa Codd (Service Excellence Director, Mears Group) - and Gill Phillips (Director, Nutshell Communications) sharing a stand and running a personalisation workshop together at the National Commissioning and Contracting Conference, Derbyshire, July 2010

Philippa says "I am delighted to recomend Gill as somebody who I admire greatly. Gill is just as passionate to push through personalisation within the sector as I am, but had the courage to develop her ideas into the very creative "Whose Shoes" game. This is a fantastic tool which I have used many times to guide staff through change, interact with commissioners and explain to service users about what services are available, it enables discussion and flow of ideas for all. Think of Monopoly and you are not far away - its fun and makes you think outside of the box. Gill is the creator of something truly wonderful, which has the opportunity to develop and get better and better!"
