Typically the game will be used at workshops / seminars / conferences / team meetings / awaydays / Learning and Development events. It will help people work together to explore the opportunities and challenges presented by the government’s Transforming Social Care agenda and jointly find a way forward to deliver personalised services, offering real choice and control to service users.
It can be used anywhere where people need to engage with Putting People First and are asking the question “How have we got to change in order to deliver this agenda?” Whose Shoes? is increasingly being used with social work students.
